About us
BlueLine Solutions is a software development company built around Claris FileMaker, Supabase and modern REST-connected architecture. We design ERP, CRM and line-of-business systems, then layer in semantic AI search, retrieval-augmented assistants and document extraction that runs against your own data.
Background
We have been delivering systems since 2005. Over that time the platforms have changed — FileMaker versions, web APIs, cloud databases, AI models — but the work has stayed the same: understand the business, model the data properly, and build something the team actually wants to use.
Today we pair FileMaker and Claris Connect with Supabase and Postgres. That combination lets us build fast, secure operational systems and then add AI features — semantic search, RAG assistants, document extraction — without handing your data to a public model.

Industry focus
Domain knowledge shortens every project. These are the industries where we already understand the terminology, the compliance pressure and the edge cases.
Practice and patient administration, lab workflow, device and stock traceability, billing and structured clinical records with audit trails.
Job costing, drawing and revision control, maintenance, quality inspection and production scheduling for workshops and project houses.
Deal pipelines, client onboarding, reconciliation, commission calculation and reporting packs with tight permission boundaries.
Fleet, dispatch, consignment tracking, warehouse movement and proof of delivery integrated with courier and customer portals.
Resource planning, task tracking, milestone control and budget oversight for professional services and project-based teams.
Student and course administration, assessment tracking, attendance and certification management for training providers.
How we work
We do not believe in big-bang deliveries. Each phase produces something concrete — a map, a specification, a prototype, a release — so you can validate direction before the next investment.
We start by understanding your business, your current systems and the gap between what you have and what you need. Every project begins with listening, not presuming.
We capture requirements in plain language, separating must-haves from nice-to-haves. Data models, roles, reports and integrations are documented before any code is written.
Screens, workflows and API contracts are designed around the people who will use them. We prototype early so you can test assumptions while they are still cheap to change.
Development happens in short, visible phases on FileMaker, Supabase or both. AI features, integrations and automations are built alongside the core application, not bolted on later.
We deploy to your chosen environment, migrate data with validation, train your team and hand over documentation that is actually useful for day-to-day support.
Software is never finished. We stay on for hosting, maintenance, support and incremental releases so the system keeps pace with your business.

Long-term partnerships
A system is only valuable while it runs. Our long-term clients treat us as an extension of their own team — someone to call when the business changes, when a new integration appears, or when the system needs to grow.
A support agreement with the team that built the system — not a generic helpdesk. We already know your data model, your integrations and your edge cases.
FileMaker Server and Supabase hosting with monitoring, offsite daily backups and restore testing so a failure never costs you more than a day.
Platform updates, performance tuning, security patches and small enhancements that keep the system healthy release after release.
Response times, coverage hours and escalation paths are written down from day one — so you always know where you stand.
